He also worked over several years in Morocco to enliven the national employment agency in two regions to lead a multi-stakeholder effort to increase youth employment.
Douglas also worked with a diverse set of local and national stakeholders in Honduras to create a process for creating and taking ownership of a management plan for a new UNESCO biosphere.
